AACN Region 1 Horizons Conference is a biennial, 3-day critical care symposium organized and presented by the Region 1 Chapters of AACN. Each day (March 24 - March 26, 2026),  offers four sessions, optional dinner, sunrise, or lunch sessions, posters of original research, and exhibitor displays. Attendees can earn up to 16.5 credits at this event.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

There will be a $35 processing fee for cancellations. Cancellations are accepted until the end of the pre-conference and mail-in registration period (3/20/2026). After that time, a voucher for the next Horizons Conference may be issued at the discretion of the committee.

Group Tickets

This ticket is for initiating a method for a single payer (generally an employer or supervisor) to pay for a number of employees at once.  

The method:

1. Obtain a coupon code from the Registrar

2. Give the coupon code to the employees that you want to register and have them register for the conference themselves. This way we capture the needed information for each attendee.

3. When all of your employees have registered, contact the Registrar again. He or she will create a special ticket for you the price of which is the total cost of your employee's registrations. You can request  that the registrar provide you with the details of your employees' purchases for your review.

4. After you have confirmed the amount of the ticket, pay that ticket. This will complete the registration of your employees.

Please note that special sessions (those that are not part of the daily ticket pricing) are separate costs and do require registration by 3/18/26 to give the hotel a headcount for their associated meals.
